2009 Employee Excellence Award

The 2009 Employee Excellence (e2) program once again recognized the best dealership sales and fixed operations employees for their achievement in Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Training. This year long program ran from January 1 – December 31, 2009 where Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealerships were put into a region. Hall Ford Newport News dealership was in a region with 129 other dealerships. All Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Service Managers, Service Advisors, Parts Managers and Body Shop Managers were automatically enrolled based on eligibility requirements. This program tracked employees on 4 levels. Level 4 status award is only given to 1 service manager in each region, 1 sales manager, 2 service advisors, and 2 sales consultants. Employees were only recognized if they got to Level 3 and then they were ranked among the other dealership employees in the region.

Hall Ford Newport News had several employees hit Level 3 and were recognized. Congratulations Xavier Blackwell, Sales Consultant Ranked 14th; Chris Vandenheede, Sales Consultant Ranked 23rd; Mark Stanley, Sales Consultant Ranked 35th; and Lisa Anderson, Service Advisor Ranked 17th.

Our Service Manager, Cassie Verones was awarded Level 4 recognition and Ranked 1st out of the all service managers and directors in our region. Cassie Verones received the Employee Excellence (e2) Award for 2009.

These Hall Ford Mitsubishi Newport News employees worked extremely hard to maintain Excellent CSI and customer loyalty and satisfaction with their dealership. From the Hall Automotive family: Congratulations to all ranked winners for all of your hard work and dedication.
